Program Overview

Toddler program

For ages 18 to 30 months. Toddlers have a specially prepared environment that nurtures their physical, psychological and developmental needs.

Primary Program

For ages 2-1/2 to 6 years. The Primary Program is the core of our school. In addition to basic academic skills, the Primary Program promotes:
Self discipline
Respect for others
Patience and the ability to share
Independence
Good work habits
Care and respect for the environment and others
Self- confidence and self- reliance
The desire to make a difference in the world

Elementary Program

Such traditional subjects as reading, writing, mathematics, science, geography and history are included in our Montessori Elementary program, together with art, music and Spanish. The materials are arranged so that as the child moves through the directed steps, which can be mastered easily, learning is a joy. The child has freedom to choose work but must do so responsibly and under the guidance of the teacher.

Middle School

Our developing Middle School continues the Montessori tradition of integrating the disciplines within a project, permitting students to understand individual skills in context. An economic component satisfies the adolescent's need to understand the value of work and to see how a small business is formed and managed.

Flex Care

Before and after care is available for enrolled students.

Summer Programs

Campbell offers academic programs throughout the summer. Toddler and primary programs continue the Montessori program offered during the school year, while elementary programs vary from summer to summer in content and duration. Summer enrollment is optional and separate from the regular school year.
